We have a Love/Hate relationship. I love to do it, and hate to miss it!
I just feel SOOO much better and happier when I get my workout in. Starting my days with healthy decisions, sets the mood for the rest of my day! I've totally been slacking lately. Moving, Visiting family, and the other 100 excuses have kept me from pushing myself as much as I normally do.
Tonight ,I squeezed in a late Shoulders, arms , and Ab ripper workout. Glad I did.
I never regret working out. I ALWAYS regret NOT working out.
Now it's time for sleep! Good night. Sleep tight! :]
